Amanda Stashenko, Psychological Associate
Amanda recently graduated from Capella University with a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a Master's in Counseling Psychology. Currently, she is actively pursuing a doctoral program in Clinical Psychology in hopes of working with active military members and veterans. She uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in working with clients who suffer from anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and other issues as a result of traumatic experiences. In addition, she works with individuals who have personality and mood disorders using dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
Amanda was born and raised in Stamford and is very active within the Fairfield County community. She enjoys yoga, hockey, and caring for her pet turtle.
